Trip to Foxwoods

I will be doing a bus trip to foxwoods/Mohegan Sun in June, I have people that are coming with me that don%26#39;t gamble, any suggestion on what they can do? We do not have any transportation so it have to be something pertaining in the casinos.

Both properties have excellent spas; they could get massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. Mohegan offers more shopping than Foxwoods, but even that is relatively limited. Foxwoods has golf courses. Both properties offer multiple dining options. Foxwoods has a very good museum as well.

There really are a lot of things that you can do besides gamble. Mohegan is the better choice for non gamers. Mohegan has a shopping mall with high end stores, a Ben %26amp; Jerry%26#39;s and lots of food options. They also have a free concert venue at the Wolf Den with some good bands. There is also a lively bar scene at Mohegan. I like the Dubliner, a nice Irish bar. There is also the Sky bar with a planatarium ceiling and views out over the casino floor.

I go to the casinos often and hardly gamble more than $10, if at all, while still having a great time people watching and enjoying the food and drinks. Enjoy your trip. If you do happen to come across some transportation then you should consider some of the local wineries. CT wine trail.

The new MGM at Foxwoods should be open when you go. They are scheduled to open in May. I don%26#39;t knwo what they will have in the MGM but your friends will have MGM and Foxwoods to walk around and shop in.

Staying at two trees, do you think the shuttle from there will also go to MGM?

There is going to be a walkway that connects Foxwoods to the MGM so even if you take the shuttle to Foxwoods you will be able to easily walk right over to MGM.

I was recently at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum, and it was VERY interesting! We spent the better part of the afternoon there. We drove, but I am almost positive I saw a shuttle that goes to %26amp; from Foxwoods casino.

i agree the museum at foxwoods is well worth the trip. i have been there several times and really enjoyed it.
