Need help finding good place to fish in CT

Need some suggestions on a good state park/lake/pond/stream that has good fishing. I%26#39;d prefer a secluded place instead of a crowded beach to fish...

Well I live in West Hartford but I guess any part of CT would be okay, I dont mind driving a few hours, as long as it%26#39;s within the state since I%26#39;ve only got fishing permits for CT and CA.

Any ideas?

The Housatonic River between Falls Village and Cornwall is known for fly fishing.

I%26#39;ve been dying to stretch my arms for some fly fishing...haven%26#39;t fly fished since CA... think me rods are getting rusted... There seems to be that Housatonic Meadows State Park, looks like a good spot for some family action.

Gotta get outdoors
