Doing a home exchange to Sharon in May and would like a few days by the sea on our last few days - where would you suggest and where to stay please?

You will be way towards the NY border - Best bet would probably be to take Route 44 to Route 2 and head towards Mystic, CT, Misquamicut, RI or that area - not sure how long of a drive it would be, but there are some great spots over there, just google Mystic or the others -

I used to live in Westbrook. It%26#39;s a nice little town on the shore. I used to walk by this place twice a day walking my dogs. Awlays thought it would be neat to stay there. It literally is a stone%26#39;s throw from the water. The%26#39;re the house, a large front lawn, Seaside Avenue, then the ocean.

We live in the next town over from Sharon. And I agree with the first poster. Find a nice little village on the Rhode Island, Mass or Maine border and hunker down for a few days. Bring warm clothing!
