I remember a woman who worked behind the front desk who was more than willing to go the extra mile to help anyone out...

If you%26#39;ll look at the website it states that it is seasonal* May to December. You went when it%26#39;s not open.

I have been trying to call for reservations, nada, emails come back to me as undeliverable and the phone just does a weird beep when you call. If it was going to be open, it would be open for Memorial Day weekend I am sure....

I wonder why they keep the website up?

I might be mistaken on this, but I believe Randall%26#39;s has been under the same managment as Foxwoods for the past few years. If you are having trouble contacting Randall%26#39;s directly, perhaps you might be able to do so through Foxwoods.
