Outdoor venue for catered event

I live in CT, but was hoping for some help. We are planning a rather large BBQ/pig roast/clam bake type thing for 100-150 folks. Unfortunately, our residence will not accomodate this.

Can anyone recommend a location that could suit our needs (outdoors, catered, open-bar, many tables, a tent, relatively close to hotels, etc) in CT for a reasonable price?

Not sure of the prices, but you can rent Penfield Pavillion I or II in Fairfield - On the beach - both are buildings w/ deck, kitchen facilities, great spot - easy access to 95, there is the Fairfield Motor Inn and a new Best Western (took a tour when this opened - nice accomodations for a BW) within 5 minutes drive

We live in Wallingford, we hoped to keep it somewhere along the 91 corridor (New Haven to Hartford/BDL), but family will be coming from all over, so location is not a priority.

I would recommend Mountain Ridge (formerly known as Mountainside) on High Hill Road in Wallingford.

im from around that area and i have been to holiday hill in cheshire. its a big place and they do all the work.

I honestly can%26#39;t comment on the price, but the facilities are very nice, the food has always been good and it is only a short drive from Wallingford.
