Transportation to Boston Logan Airport

Hello-- I will be flying in Providence for a long weekend this summer. We are leaving out of Boston. Since the rental cars company charge alot for picking up in one spot and dropping off in another, I am looking for another way to get from the Mohegan Sun to Boston Airport.

A taxi is around $150 and I would like to go cheaper than that. Perhaps a bus?

Any ideas?

Transportation to Boston Logan Airport

I am replying too late to be of help to Diego, but in case anyone else is looking for advice I%26#39;ll post.

Greyhound runs between Boston and Mohegan Sun several times each day, stopping at Providence and Foxwoods en route. I usually take Greyhound from Boston%26#39;s South Station bus station to the casinos -- there is a special rate that includes a free buffet or $10 at any restaurant plus two $10 table bets that is $25 round trip as of April 2007. From Boston%26#39;s South Station you can take the Silver Line to Logan Airport. The Silver Line stops at all Logan terminals and costs $1.50, it is a terrific bargain and the trip is about 20 minutes. Greyhound has a convenient website that shows the ';regular'; rates and ';casino'; rates when you enter ';Mohegan Sun'; as the bus stop.

I am not familiar with ground transportation between Providence airport and downtown Providence, but I am sure you can get that information from the airport%26#39;s website.
