Lodging near Foxwoods

My husband and I have tickets for the David Copperfield show at Foxwoods. We are from MA and are looking for a nice, clean place to stay Saturday night (May 19) near Foxwoods. Any advice?

Lodging near Foxwoods

The Hilltop Inn in Stonington is right down the street from Foxwoods. It is a great hotel with top shelf amenities and rooms.

There are also several Marriotts, Holiday Inn Express and Clarion hotels within 5-8 miles of Foxwoods. They%26#39;re in Hamden, CT. Groton also isn%26#39;t too far away.

springhill suites and lighthouse inn are good chocies. advoid the hotels closest to the casions....

visit www.http://www.lighthouseinn-ct.com excellent food and views youll never forget...

Hamden is no place near the casinos. Norwich or the New london- Groton area offers a good selection of lodgeing. Groton mostly has the better bargens.

Last year my husband and I stayed at a terrific bed and breakfast 10 minutes from Foxwoods. It was called Captain Grant%26#39;s 1790 ( I think that was the year ) I would recomend it to anyone. The place was very nice, the people were great and it has a nice location. I forget the name of the little town it is in, but if you did a search for Captain Grant%26#39;s, I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ll find it.

See the post I just made on the new Bellissimo Grande hotel.

I can%26#39;t recommend this place highly enough. You%26#39;ll love the two person tub with TV and the big comfy bed.
