Try Sushi Palace in Hamden, CT. It%26#39;s not a buffet, but it is an all you can eat--and they make it fresh according to your order. I believe it is 19 a person on weekends and 17 during the week. It is VERY small inside. They do take reservations though. I believe the website is www.sushipalace.us.
