I am driving from NYC this weekend and staying 2 nights at Mystic marriott. What are the best restaurants? I wanted to go to randalls Ordinary but I believe it is closed down. Is there another place cute and colonial like that?
What is closer.. Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun? Is there any night life or theaters around Mystic? I want to go to the village shops and aquarium and maybe do a spa service at Elizabeth Arden at my hotel. Any recommendations for the weekend would be much appreciated!
Is anything walking distance from the hotel?
Going to Mystic Marriott this weekendRandall%26#39;s Ordinary should be open now. It is only open May thru September. Call them directly for hours.
Mohegan is closer than Foxwoods. Mohegan has great restaurants, plus concerts (both free and not) and comedians in the cabaret almost every night.
The best restaurant in my opinion is Mystic Pizza in downtown Mystic. Great pizza and the location for the 1988 movie starring Julia Roberts and Annabeth Gish.
