I am going to Mohegan Sun for the weekend of Feb. 10th for my husband%26#39;s surprise birthday party celebration. There will be 15 of us - men %26amp; women aged 25-30. I would like to know the best restaurant for a group that size (we%26#39;re kinda loud), and also the best nightlife options for our age group.
30th Birthday Party - Restaurant %26amp; Nightlife
There%26#39;s not exactly much in the way of nightlife at Mohegan. There is an ultra-lounge, called Lucky%26#39;s on the 2nd floor of the Casino of the Sky. And I believe there is an Irish bar right next to it.
As for restaurants, it depends on what type of food you want. Michael Jordan%26#39;s 23 SportsCafe is excellent, with a great atmosphere, delicious food (the best mashed potatoes anywhere!) and great drinks.
Jasper White%26#39;s Summer Shack is very good. Casual, good food, very laid back. The Long House is a great steak restaurant, but a bit pricey and more subdued. Todd English%26#39;s Tuscany is very good, a bit high-end rustic Italian, but great food and great atmosphere under the waterfall in Casino of the Sky. For total casual with great food, try Bubba%26#39;s BBQ, also in the Casino of the Sky.
Mohegan is a lot of fun, and very crowded on the weekends, so I think you%26#39;ll have a great time.

As far as a good restaurant goes, I%26#39;d pick Bubbas BBQ. They have these great drinks called ';Swamp Water'; that are so huge they are served in a fishbowl.
