Mystic CT aquarium how much time?

I will be going to Mystic with my wife and I am curious to how long will we spend at the aquarium? we have been to Boston it is small so we went thru fast about 1 and a half hours. We want to be able to do the seaport and shopping also,and we are only staying one night is all this possible? then hit the beach the next day.We will try to come early saturday before check in

It all depends on how much you want to see at the aquarium. The Mystic Aquarium is one of the top training and underwater work in the area. It is well spred out and the and nice to walk on a sunny day. If you are into oceanography you will love the tours of what the aquarium has done over the years. Right next to it is a great little village with specialty shops. Up behinf the Mystic Hilton are outlet stores. You might just spend a good 5 hours doing that one whole section of Mystic. The seaport is about 10 min down the road and downtown mystic is about 5 min from there. During the summer time there is heavy traffic in the area. I still think one of the best things in the area is the Museum at foxwoods. Kind of pricey but well worth it.

You can see all there is to the aquarium in a few hours, maybe an hour more if you take in the sea lion show which is really the highlight (get in line early and get the frint center seats). Y^ou will have to go to Rhode Island for a good beach and it is a zoo in the summer unless you get there early (%26lt;10 am)
