Seafood Restaurants in Mystic

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good seafood restaurant in Mystic for dinner? I%26#39;m looking for the best crabcakes in the area possibly? It would also be nice to eat on the water, but not necessary. Any suggestions? We are headed there for the weekend.

Thank you

Crab cakes are on the menu in restaurants, but they%26#39;re not local. Local seafood is lobster, clams, and scallops. S%26amp;P oyster is on the water in downtown mystic. I also like Bravo Bravo, downtown mystic too. You can also go to Noank to Abbotts for lobster on picnic tables, byob or next door is Costellos for clams. If you don%26#39;t want to commit to a whole lobster, try a lobster roll. The Fisherman in Groton Long point, 5 min. drive is on a cove. If you want a nontouristy place try the Seahorse in Noank. It isn%26#39;t fancy or have a view, but they have an extensive menu and know how to cook seafood.

Go Fish is not a bad choice either.
