Can anyone recommend a clean, moderately priced hotel or motel on I-84 for a one night stay? We%26#39;re heading for ME and want to take a break halfway.
Hotel/motel on I-84Not that I have ever stayed at any, but they all seem pretty similar to me. I would see which ones give better discounts to seniors/AARP members and go with that. Also get one with a free breakfast, many offer that.
Hotel/motel on I-84I suggest either Courtyard by Marriott in West Hartford. 860 521-7100. Its just off the highway, quite new and almost across the street from Westfarms Mall which has several restaurants and upscale shopping. Or, Holiday Inn Express in Vernon 860 648 2000. Also newer, Its close to Rein%26#39;s Deli, a good spot for breakfast or deli fare.
