Centennial Inn in Farmington, Ct?

Has anyone stayed at the Centennial Inn in Farmington, Ct?

Any ideas on what to do around that area?

I am not familiar with this Inn. I do know the Farmington Marriott which is where I have family stay for big events. As far as what to do, you do not mention when you will be in town or for how long. There are several nice restaurants in the area--the Grist Mill, Apricots, Piccolo Arancio to name a few. Even more if you go into West Hartford Center--excellent choices there and fun shopping--and downtown Hartford also. In Hartford you should see the Mark Twain House and the Wadsworth Atheneum. There are several local historic home museums---Florence Griswold, and Daniel Webster to start with. If you go about and hour from town you can get to the 2 casinos---my pick is Mohegan Sun. Both are interesting to see even if you don%26#39;t gamble. You are also only about an hour from Mystic. Good luck.
