Attractions for Cheap

I%26#39;m coming to New Haven for a 2-night stay and have never been here before. Aside from the array of amazing restaurants the city boasts, what else is there to do to enjoy my stay that won%26#39;t break the bank?

Walking through campus is obvioulsy one, but I%26#39;m looking for other ideas since my boyfriend isn%26#39;t a museum/history junkie.

Any place to see a live band or hear good music? Good bookstores or cheap theaters?

Attractions for Cheap

There are lots of clubs and lots of all kinds of music in New Haven. Toad%26#39;s Place is the most notable. You should get the Yale Daily News and the Yale Bulletin to see what%26#39;s happening on campus. And get the New Haven Advocate that lists all the clubs and hotspots in the City.
