Hi there,
my family is planning about 7days of vacation in CT at the end of June. What are some day trips that we can take from Fairfield? Or some overnight trips that you recommend? Thank you!

Vacation in CT
An interesting and unique stop would be Gillette Castle in Haddam near the Connecticut River. It makes a good full day trip to drive out and see the area, tour the castle and consider the steamboat tour of the river as well.
